Tucked along Ok-28 in the heart of eastern Oklahoma, Disney Rock Cabins offers a simple, peaceful escape — just enough comfort to make the road feel a little longer, and a lot quieter.
Our Story
Disney Rock Cabins grew from a simple idea: travelers deserve a place to pause without compromise. We bought the land along Ok-28 because of the way the light falls through the trees in the late afternoon, and we built cabins that respect that quiet.
There is no front desk, no keycards, no rush. Just clean rooms, a woodstove in winter, and the kind of silence that makes you remember what a real vacation feels like.
Our Cabins
Each cabin is designed for rest, not spectacle. Comfortable beds, a small kitchen, and windows that look out onto the same trees you drove past on the way in.
Our original cabin, built into the natural slope of the property. Stone accents, a queen bed, and a porch that catches the morning sun.
Set slightly apart from the others for extra privacy. Cedar interior, a full kitchen, and a sitting area that invites you to stay in.
Our largest cabin, ideal for a small family or two travelers sharing the quiet. Two queen beds, a dining table, and a fire pit out back.
The Experience
We don't promise a resort. We promise something honest — clean rooms, a quiet setting, and the kind of evening where the only plan is to do nothing at all.
No highway hum, no early construction. Just the sound of wind through the pines and the occasional deer crossing the driveway.
A mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. Grab groceries in McAlester and cook dinner on the porch.
Ok-28 is one of Oklahoma's most beautiful stretches — rolling hills, old farms, and stretches of road where the only car you see is the one you're in.
Our cabins are spaced well apart. You can sit on your own porch and not see another guest unless you choose to say hello.
After dark, the sky opens up. We keep firewood on hand and a pit ready — just bring the stories and the silence.
